Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Kalyo. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we deliver your orders. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, and a separate dispatch notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales)

  • European Union (select countries)

  • United States & Canada

  • Australia & New Zealand

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us] and we will do our best to accommodate your order.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

As we operate a dropshipping model, products are shipped directly from our supplier. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 10–20 business days

  • United States & Canada: 10–20 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 12–25 business days

These are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods such as holidays. We appreciate your patience.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our website for current offers. Any applicable taxes or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.

If your tracking information has not updated after 5 business days from dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in our product pricing or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on applicable charges before placing your order.

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the courier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer you a full replacement or refund.

Please note: We are unable to take action on delayed parcels until the full estimated delivery window has passed.

8. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for parcels delayed or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately— we will do our best to amend the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

9. Multiple Items

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels and at different times, as products may be dispatched from different supplier locations. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each parcel where applicable.
