Q: How does the electric shaker bottle work? A: Simply add your powder and liquid, secure the lid and press the button on the base. The electric motor creates a powerful vortex that blends everything smoothly in 30 seconds — no lumps, no effort.
Q: How do I charge it? A: Plug in the included USB-C cable — exactly like charging your phone. A full charge takes approximately 1-2 hours and gives you multiple uses before needing to recharge.
Q: Is it leakproof? A: Yes. The lid is designed with a secure seal to prevent leaks during use and while carrying it in your bag.
Q: What can I mix in it? A: Pretty much anything — protein shakes, pre-workout, BCAAs, meal replacement shakes, greens powders, coffee, juice and more. If you'd mix it in a regular shaker, the Kalyo bottle handles it better.
Q: What sizes does it come in? A: The Kalyo Electric Shaker Bottle is available in 450ml and 600ml so you can choose the size that suits your routine.
Q: Is it dishwasher safe? A: We recommend hand washing to protect the electrical components. Add warm water and a drop of soap, press the button for 30 seconds to self-clean, then rinse thoroughly and leave to air dry.
Q: How loud is the motor? A: The motor is quiet enough to use in a gym, office or kitchen without causing any disturbance.
Q: Is it BPA free? A: Yes — all materials used are BPA free and food safe.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy? A: We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a return or exchange.
Q: My item arrived damaged — what do I do? A: We're really sorry to hear that. Please email us at support@kalyowellness.com with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order and we'll send a replacement immediately.
Q: How long do refunds take? A: Once we receive your returned item refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
